My free stories, or reader magnet stories, will sign you up for my mailing list. You can unsubscribe whenever, if ever you'd like. All of the stories function this way giving you a sample of my writing style and capability. If you like the stories and wish to read more of my work, you can receive email updates about my projects, upcoming books and reading samples of works in progress. I design the newsletter around updates, and it features books, often a bunch of free books you can read from other authors.

Plot: Nikan has long prophesied the return of magic to the world. Many consider him a fantastical storyteller with an unlimited imagination. His crew follows him no matter what, even to fulfill the strangest requests as mundane as collecting fruit from an area he forbade his friends from treading. His prognostication is proven true when his crew are close to death or imprisonment...

Plot: Tidir, a goddess of omens and visions, discovers several young women with a similar psychic sensitivity to hers when she was alive. She reaches out to them to send messages to set them on a better path.

Plot: Vitus and Selene have become de facto heads of the ragtag group of casters left amongst the ruins of Scarborough. To better their coven’s situation they have spent weeks searching for solutions to bring back the ascended and right the catastrophe that ended life as they knew it. With no foreseeable options left, Vitus casts a spell, hoping for the wisdom and guidance of his ancestors…

Plot: A group of adventurers find themselves lost in a labyrinth of caves beneath a town. They are offered unexpected help from a forager and alchemist. They explore further into the cave system and find a monster at the center of the strange elements around the town and themselves.

Plot: In this world, the afterward is explored following a raid on the big bad's lair. The clean up crew are followed during their never ending quest of restocking chests and setting the dungeons right for the next party of intrepid heroes.

Plot: Moorkvegg Castle has been under siege from an invading army for days following the murder of the king and queen. The remaining Graunkrake family members and their court sorcerer think up a drastic course of action to save themselves while the invading army continues their attack.
